This was such a remarkable day in our journey to bring him home, so it's fun to remember what a happy day this was for us. We are still in awe that such an amazing, sweet, smart, and funny little boy is ours forever. We love Joel more than we ever thought possible and look forward to many more years of watching him grow.

Happy Referral Day! This day is sooooo special...and APs everywhere totally understand and adore it. Joel was an adorable baby (isn't it amazing the amount of clothing they put on our children...layers & layers)...and is growing into such a cute, handsome boy. Our boys are getting so big...sniff...and love...all at the same time. Wish we lived closer to visit with you guys again. I suspect we'll come through this summer...I'll let you know if we do.

I think Joel's referral photo is in my top 5 all time list of all referral photos. He was so stinkin' cute!!! Referral days ARE the best. Congratulations 3 years later. He's just as cute today ... just more grown up. Sniff.
